Bath Towel Shelves

I hear you if you fold a lot of them.

Believe it or not, the first "fight" my husband and I had after our marriage was on the way to fold a towel!

Was not much of a fight, really ... just as her mother had done different than MY mom ... and I guess we like what we're used to!

Anyway, here's how I do ... I fold the length, first, when I have a very long rectangles. Then fold the rectangle in half, then in half again ... finish with a square (approximately). Because of the depth of my shelves.

If my shelves were deeper I fold the rectangle into thirds along ... I think it's prettier.

Fold in half lengthwise. Now do it again. Now, overlap the two ends toward the middle (double sorting)

Fold it so it fits perfectly on the shelf.
