How to install the sims 2 designer bathrooms inside the torrent download? There are many files in the folder and there is no install icon? Could someone help me install?

In the folder that you downloaded a file with an extension RNG BIN or CUE, CCD OBE, LLD, MDF, MDS, NRG ...
