Bathroom Planet

I have an employee who is a manufacturer of body and drinks three protein shakes a day. Like clock work, he hits the bathroom 3 times a day and the smell that comes out of the room is the most disgusting thing on the planet. The problem is that my office is right next to the bathroom and after many aerosols, candles, etc. I just had. Help!

There is not much you can do about what comes out of another body employees. If your office has more of a bathroom you could ask the offending party to use one that is farther away in order not to offend others. If this is not a possibility (not bathrooms others, or too embarrassed to discuss the situation with him), you can ask your supervisor about the possibility of moving your office. Explain politely that you seem to be super sensitive to smells coming from the bathroom .... Make sure you add in the fact that distract you from being able to work effectively. Efficiency is important for businesses, even if no office is available for free, you may be willing to go with someone who does not want to be disturbed (perhaps the author)

EW. you should ask your office to move elsewhere.

ask him to use a different bathroom, or if you want to be polite about it without him knowing that you do not want him using the bathroom, put a sign on the order at the door

Have him spray the bathroom with Ozium when it is finished. It works very well.

Are you able to move to another place? If not, perhaps the combination of fan and air purifier of some sort? Good luck on this one .... How sad!

You make it sound like this guy works for you. If this is the case, you should make him use the office next to the bathroom and move your office elsewhere.

I feel you! try spraying OUST ago a guy at my work, I smell something crawled up his A ** and he is dead!

Put some ads for pills and powdered charcoal fiber Metamucil on his desk - his lack of fiber makes it a lot and smelly fart. Fibre gives the bacteria in the gut to do something and also adds absorption qualities. The coal is great for neutralizing odors.

Shame on him - or his delegate to someone .... cleaners are handy for this difficult task .... or wear pins on the nose - it will get the message.

It's a big boy - he can take it.

But seriously, I would like to put a supervisor very quietly and tell them about your concerns so that they may be able to move your desk. They should not have office of someone close to the bathroom anyway.

Or may be possible to install a fan or a better Airfreshener automatice or something.

Good luck, it sounds ugly. I had the opposite problem to one of my former jobs. The type of shipping has his office right outside the bathroom. One day, he said: "I Listner whenever people use the bathroom and you're the only person who always wash hands afterwards." I could die. I went to the owner of the company and told him and they moved this office creepy guy.

Discuss this with your supervisor and request that your office be changed. If this is not possible, ask to have a room freshener industrial power to put there. You have a right to a safe environment to work.

Help cannot dude his bodily functions, but u should ask that your office move because of the smell more promising. I do not know how to disagree with HR

1. You can ask to use another restroom.

2. You could explain the situation to your supervisor and ask to be transferred to another office.

3. Ask your office to air fresheners in the bathroom.

4. Close your office door when you see toward the bathroom.
