Can you remember a time as a kid, playing in your garden? You have been about 7 or 8 years only pretend quarterback of the big game. You've had your headphones and a small plastic jersey counterpart. Depending on what era you grew up, the name on the back can be read Joe Namath, Joe Montana or Troy Aikman.

Maybe you had the blue bath towel cape, head and gold bracelets and a pair of boots at night to mamma proclaim to everyone in the house that you were Wonder Woman.

Can you remember how it felt real? You remember the feeling of excitement and joy that came over you that you threw the winning pass for yourself or you laced that lying teddy bear with your truth lasso?

The times were very strong in each of our lives. A time when all you had to do was dress for the party, costume and accessories house and you could be anyone and anywhere.

When did it change? When in life do not we all just stop dreaming? You remember?

When we were children we were fearless! We do not care how stupid we looked in our costumes, and we do not care what others thought or would say. We are not afraid of getting hurt while running full speed toward the chain linked fence that we have designated as the end zone.

Chances are that if you look back, I mean really think back, you find that point where you stopped dreaming or pursue your dreams is probably associated with a painful experience, an apparent failure, or fear criticism. You would realize that this point in your life has been the only factor determining your current level of satisfaction and joy you feel now. The good news is that you can still find your joy and abundance of experience.

The proverbial fork in the road is where most people lose their meaning. It is the place where greatness is adopted or left to die.

The most important attribute of a great leader is the dedication to their dream. This is not your everyday run of the mill devotion. This devotion so deep that ordinary everyday people can not understand reasonable. This devotion is so passionate, that inspires support and succession. Most of the time they do not even know why they are the result of that person, they are just attracted dreamers devoted sheer excitement and raw energy.

Great leaders understand that dreams are the seeds of success. not dreams in a wish-fantasy, but organized and targeted dreams. Their dreams are fundamentally innovative, morally compelling and philosophically positive. They focus all their efforts to make a mission of their dreams. They carefully craft their mission with charisma and passion. Their enthusiasm for their mission becomes contagious and they begin to attract smart people inspired to take possession of the mission and work hard to make it a reality.

Do you have a dream? A passion that keeps you awake at night? Or, your dreams have been dormant for some time? If so, follow it Up! dusting it and start to focus on it. Do not waste more time and energy worrying about others think. Focus on your dream. Find the passion that keeps you awake at night! Everything can be restored with the right amount of passion!
