How can I whiten cotton curtains 100% turn yellow? I packed away from curtains 100% cotton for a change - they are now yellowed. How can I bleach them?
If you are sure they are 100% cotton, you can use a little bleach. Or try Oxi clean.
They should be washed.
If they are really big and heavy, or are folded in any way it could be easier to get them to dry cleaning to laundering.
Money should do the trick. Try adding a box of baking soda to the wash cycle, and a cup of white vinegar to rinse.
