Double Ended Crochet

I think this will be a long shot, but I'm looking for a model that is reversible and that you are using a double ended hook. I remember that you do the boss and you have to do five bands that are hooked together. I know that you are using two colors together. Any help would be appreciated as I can not find any models in the store, no more. I do not remember what the count is for each band that I do.
