Foot Tub

I bought an old claw-foot tub, the kind that needs a valve. My problem is that most bathtubs on feet in contact with water pipes through the floor. My bath will be sitting on a concrete floor. Can I use the pipe through the wall using the exsisting pipes that have been used for my shower?

The best would be to build a platform to put the 2x6. Ours looks really good and works for pipes and drain. Lots of cute ways to fix them in place.
