Kitchen Towel Bar

Kitchen Towel BarIf you have metal finishes evenly throughout your home?

I antique brass lighting in my living room, dining room and kitchen. It is a real willingness to open so he would not look right to have different finishes. Now, I'm decorating the bathroom and leaned toward the light of nickel with matching towels, faucet, etc. The theme of the bathroom is a greenishness botany. Is it acceptable to have machines nickel in the bathroom when I antique brass elsewhere (my room is old bronze)?

In my opinion, I would keep all the same type of finish in the same area .. it's just a general rule do not mix but I think it is fine if it's not like the brazen mixture of nickel and silver finishes.
:) If you go for a more eclectic look

Yes, I think it would be good - you have the right idea, keep finishing well in open spaces!

I agree that you can do something different in a separate area. You only need to keep the same type of metal when it is in the same region.
