Make Your Own Shower Curtain

I found this amazing fabric to the shop that I have a shower curtain. is their anyway to make this possible? Would it work if I kept the tape hell out of him? Or can sew it between two shower curtains plastic? I also thought it would work if I had the clear plastic shower curtain inside and has the makings of a ceiling to the outside?

I just put the cloth in place by itself. I do not have water problems only works in the bathtub and the curtain a bit damp but not soaked. I also find it easier to clean. From time to time I remove and clean.

Buy fabric and some clip on the shower hooks.Get a clear plastic liner to hang inside so that water is not on the fabric and mildew. To keep material from fraying, cut the top and bottom with pinking shears and then sew or use fabric glue.
