How do restaurants keep their wet towels moist? You know when you go to some fancy restaurant or a buffet and you have some kind of hands-on food (for example, lobster or seafood with its shell) and they give you things wet towel to wipe your hands with a travel log in their bathroom? How do they manage to retain moisture wet towels? Have they not dry? Even with these towels, facial tissue, which is in them that makes them stay how they stay?
Thank you to everyone who answered =)
The towels are kept in a hot towel steam. Many spas, upscale restaurants use. The link shows small models, the greater are also available.

I do not know but I've always wondered the same thing!
They are deposited heated and humidified using a money launderer with a towel, and are kept in a warm box until use.
