Oil Rubbed Bronze Paper Towel Holder

Oil Rubbed Bronze Paper Towel HolderBathroom Remodeling Tips - How to budget

The design and planning your bathroom remodel is one of the most important steps of the bathroom remodeling process. Planning your bathroom remodel is not as easy as going to the bank to improve the local habitat, buy tiles, new vanity, and some new appliances, and go home to begin rip your bathroom apart. If you try this approach, you quickly realize that this is not efficient and productive.

A very important element of the bathroom renovation project is to establish your budget for your project .. To give you a starting point, I detail the basic material costs for remodeling a bathroom. Please be aware that these costs are broad estimates to remodel bathroom base to guide you in preparing your budget.

* Driver - I budget about 10% of total construction costs for permit fees.

* Tile - $ 7 to $ 15 per square foot
- The cost for tile varies with the amount of tiles needed and the type of tile selected
- For more information on the tiles, please refer to previous articles I recently wrote
- With the tile you'll also need grout and tile sealer
- In-floor heat $ 14.00 per square foot.

* Bath - $ 500.00
- This is the average cost for a 60 "long by 30" deep pool, 60 "long baths are generally horizontally from 30" to 36 "tall and 14" to 18 "
- Bathtubs deep start at $ 1,000
- Whirlpool baths start at $ 1,500

* Vanity - a good estimate is $ 125 per linear foot for vanity
- This amount is for semi vanity made of maple, cherry or oak, with soft close drawers

vanity top *
- In cultured marble - look at $ 80 per square foot
- Granite - from $ 90 per square foot
- Cambria - fixing at $ 90 per square foot

* Sink - A good starting estimate is $ 200
- According to the vanity top you choose, you may need to purchase a lavatory. Culture marble vanity tops have a sink molded into the top as a single unit.

* Bath and Shower Faucet - $ 350
- The finish you choose for your faucet will affect the cost and a chrome finish is usually cheaper and brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze cost more.

* Sink faucet - $ 150
- The finish you choose for your faucet will affect the cost and a chrome finish is usually cheaper and brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze cost more.

* Mirror - $ 200

Bathroom accessories * - $ 200
- Towels, toilet paper holder
- Again, the finish you select affect the cost

Lights * - $ 200
- Make sure you have adequate lighting in your bathroom, the bathroom is where you start and end of each day.
- Use more than one light for services such as bathroom vanity, mirror, and shower area.

* Primer, paint, accessories - $ 125
- To assist with the lighting in the bathroom, I suggest you use a subtle color for the walls to help reflect the light.

* Building Materials - $ 10 per square foot is a good starting point.
- Building materials include support tiles, thin film, screws, gypsum wallboard, joint compound, and etc.
- If you have a 5 foot by 8 foot bathroom, you have 40 square feet. I would budget $ 400 for materials.

* Tipper - $ 300

* Plumbing - $ 1,000
valve - Disconnect the sink, faucet, toilet, bathtub and shower
- Installing a new sink, faucet, shower, toilet and bath
- Install new faucets for sink and toilet

* Electric - $ 800
Bathroom - Check for a dedicated circuit to comply with the Code of power
- Updated electrical, install new outlets and lights
- Log-floor heat
- Install bathroom fan switch
Bathroom light - Remove and replace

It is important to stay within your drunk together.
