Gainsborough GS400 shower mixer. Do I need a shower pump? I'm having a mixer fitted shower. Articles related to B + Q site show shower pumps. Do I need one. I am replacing and electric shower. So I am adapting to a wall in a staircase next door apartment where passage is the other side of the wall, while probs there? It can be surface mounted or recessed. Do u think mounting surface to be the best option?
Are you running off a combi boiler? If it is running cold will reduce the hot pressure on the boiler, the boiler can handle the pump? If so the pump must be accessible for any maintenance, it must have power and disturb the neighbors? Some things to think about.
