Single Hook

Single HookWhat is the difference between Tapco AK G2 Trigger group alone hook and double hook?

I think my AK has a single hook, but what is the difference?

The double hook was a sort of backup system with early AK47 trigger. But they never really had any issues and meet changing it to a single hook with the AKM (1959 and newer) guns. Just a trivia: you can not install a double hook single hook on a gun without notching the receiver for hook-up.

Roughly relaxation in one or two hooks that engage the hammer and hold. Basically, the trigger groups do the same in terms of hold the hammer back until-shot, it's just a function with the style of your pistol now, where we define that you would buy for replace. Double hook has been developed, IIRC, to provide a backup means of holding the hammer, and also if memory serves, can be changed (carefully, careful honing and grinding, to provide a two-stage type IE the first hook is the hammer for the first stage, the second hook is the second step. However, the problem is that to install a double hook FCG style in your gun, it must be fairly low quality hole in the receiver to accept. If you not only with the hook.
