Walk In Baths Go to the bathroom? How do they work? Do all the water out when you go? Please explain .... It looks like an appointment in the box and the bather sits on a seat is widely used in homes for the elderly. water can not get hot, so you're sitting on the seat and water is left in the bath at the right temperature No, you walk in the door, close it to form a seal, then run water in. I do not want one of these - my bath water is still too hot to begin, I'd end up with third degree burns or something! HA HA, I bet quite a few have thought the same thing ... Posted on May 14, 2010.
