Wall Hook Rack

Wall Hook RackWhy is my towel will not "hook" on the ankles?

I put the mountains just like the layout, but each time I try to attach the mounting brackets to the ankles (so I could tighten the screw down), it keeps dragging anchors.

What am I doing wrong?

sounds like you have screwed the screws too far. The screw head should be supported from the fixture to expose only as much of the screw shaft, the thickness of the mounting plate on the back of the bar towel. In this way, the screw head into the towel bar. In addition, make sure the towel is not upside down. the smallest part of the hole should be in place so that when you drag it down, he grabbed the screw.
Hope that helps.

I guess your screw is not lagging behind the mounting bracket. Back mounting screws off a key or use pliers to bend the bottom flange to a hair. Easy peasy.
