Does anyone know where the puck is the best?

I just bought a front-loading Whirlpool duet ht wfw9200sq model number and I'm having problems, he twirls the max RPM at the end of spin cycle. nobody knows if this can be fixed or if the Samsung VRT front-loading washer wf328aag model number is the best. because I can replace them. whirlpool run about 900.00 and the Samsung is about 1100.00, it is there that much difference in performance?
