What would be the restocking fee per cent that the plumbing supply house in New York (Westchester) would charge a? regular customer who is a plumbing contractor?
Do you think that the plumber has to pass on this charge to a customer who could not even begin the work due to failure of another contractor (shovel). The hose was left on my property is then returned because of inability to perform the work for contraced.
